|Recommended: YesGood place — this place is great for the most part. I would say they are very behind on anything they say they will do. It took an extra 3 weeks to take out the AC units then they said it would. I understand that they are behind but they would send texts saying they would do it, and then they wouldn't which was my problem. But they get stuff done, just slow.

|Recommended: YesFall 2025 — Moved in a day earlier than check-in and noticed what seemed like mold on the ceiling in one of the bathrooms, rusty door hinges, dirty counters in the kitchen and bathroom. But once everything was cleaned it’s been a great place to stay at.

|Recommended: YesThe Colonial Experience — Its so nice here love my roommates, they did a wonderful job picking who to room with and the apartment isn't as big as I thought it would be but still very clean and spacious, The kitchen space wise is kind of iffy if you don't share some spaces with one another, it gets a little crowded. everything else is great, shower pressure and room space, Id recommend living here especially for the price.

|Recommended: YesWinter 2025 — Good complex, friendly management. Parking can be a nightmare with people getting booted even though they have been following all the posted rules on signs.
